在使用Oracle EM CC的时候，代理软件的下载是个问题。
有时候很难找到某个平台下的某个版本的代理软件的下载路径，而在官方页似乎没有一个文档总结或者可以查找类似的信息，所以这里罗列一下我能接触到的环境中的下载路径方面的信息。

EM CC 13C，安装完成后，默认只有EM CC 13C所在的操作系统对应的操作系统的代理程序。
显然，这是不够的。
